Racks that count themselves. Warehouses that run on live stock.

End-to-end IoT for warehouses, distribution centres and 3PL operators — Shelf Count weight-sensing racks at the core, with ERP reorders, cold-room, equipment and energy monitoring on one accountable stack.

The reality on the floor

A stock count is out of date the moment it's written down.

Cycle counts take a team all morning, and the sheet drifts from the racks within hours. Pickers find empty locations mid-order, buyers reorder just in case, and nobody sees the whole network at once.

  • Manual cycle counts that tie up staff for hours
  • Empty pick locations found only when an order is being picked
  • Duplicate orders placed just in case, tying up cash in stock
  • Items put away in the wrong location, found weeks later
  • Cold rooms checked by hand, if at all
  • No live view across warehouses, cross-docks and stores

Shelf Count — Weight-sensing smart shelves for cafés, shops and warehouses

Shelf Count is built for exactly this: every section of the rack weighs its own stock, the Today list says what needs the manager, and the reorder goes straight to your ERP.

What we deploy

From the rack to the ERP — connected warehouse operations.

01

Shelf Count: racks that count themselves

Every section of the rack sits on four load cells. Weight on the sensor ÷ the weight of one item = a live count, so the manager sees empty, low and odd-weight locations the moment they happen.

  • Live counts by SKU, rack, level and section
  • Empty, low and odd-weight alerts in plain words
  • Platforms of 30–120 cm, mixed on each level
  • Every product drawn in 3D, item by item

02

Replenishment & ERP sync

Counts flow into the systems you already run. Products, locations and open orders come in from the ERP; empty-shelf events and reorders go back as its own documents, with approval when you want it.

  • Purchase requests, draft orders or transfer orders
  • Open orders shown, so nobody orders twice
  • CSV, REST API and webhooks from day one
  • “Ask me first” approvals by default

03

Cold rooms & temperature-controlled storage

Refrigeration failures and doors left open spoil stock fast. Continuous temperature and humidity monitoring with alerts and audit-ready logs keeps cold-chain risk under control.

  • Cold room and chiller temperature monitoring
  • Door-open and power-loss alerts
  • Audit-ready temperature logs
  • Alerts by email, SMS or WhatsApp

04

Equipment, energy & remote control

Compressors, chargers, pumps and lighting keep the building running. Reflex I/O reads meters and sensors over RS485 or analog inputs and switches loads from IoT Pulse, so faults and waste show up before they cost a shift.

  • Energy sub-metering by zone and asset
  • Fault and anomaly alerts on critical equipment
  • Remote switching of pumps, fans and lights
  • Multi-site dashboards for operations managers

How we work

Built for racks, docks and distribution networks.

  1. 01

    Pick the racks that hurt

We walk the warehouse with your team and choose the locations where counts drift and stockouts cost the most.

  2. 02

    Fit & connect

Weighing platforms and sensor boxes go onto the racks, products and locations come in from your ERP, and alerts go to the right people.

  3. 03

    Run the network

Managers get one list of what needs them. Operations see stock, cold rooms and equipment across every site on one dashboard.

Deployment & data residency

Cloud or private — your data stays where it must.

  • Managed cloud

Deploy on AWS, GCP, Azure, or regional providers with data residency controls aligned to your jurisdiction.

  • Private & on-premises

Run the full stack on your servers, private cloud, or air-gapped environment when policy or regulation requires it.

  • In-country compliance

We keep client data within national borders — from Malaysia and Singapore to GCC markets such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
